Our stay at this resort was phenomenal, with exceptional service from the entire staff, especially Sofia, who went above and beyond for us. There were plenty of activities for the kids and the food was tasty with good variety. However, there were some minor issues in the bathroom, though they were promptly addressed. Overall, we felt it was a family-friendly atmosphere, and we can't wait to return!

I had a fantastic vacation at the hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and secure. While the beach area was not what I expected, with cold water and jellyfish, the beautiful gardens and large pool made up for it.
